– 1 small bunch of spinach, rinsed and chopped coarsely
– 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries
– 2 small gala apples (or whichever type you prefer)
In a a large bowl – combine chopped spinach, crushed walnuts, and dried cranberries. Chop apples into small chunks and add to salad.
