Avocado, Kale and Roasted Chicken Breast Sandwich2 min read

Ingredients

– 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
– 1/2 avocado; sliced
– 2-3 large raw kale leaves optional: you can lightly wilt in a small pan with water or olive oil for 2 minutes
– 2 slices roasted chicken breast, no nitrates/nitrites, organic
– small handful of raw red cabbage

Directions

Place bottom piece of toasted bread on a plate first. Next add your kale leaves and cabbage. Place Chicken breast slices on top, then avocado, then last piece of toast. Cut in half and enjoy!
