Beet Chips

– 2 golden beets – 2 red beets
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– pinch of sea salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Thinly slice each beet into small round chips. Evenly distribute on a baking sheet and use a small brush or spatula to spread olive oil on each one. Flip over and spread on other side. Sprinkle sea salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they begin to brown. Flip over halfway through.
