Blueberry Banana Almondmilk Smoothie

1 Banana, peeled, sliced and frozen***
1 cup preferred milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
dash cinnamon
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup scoop of nut butter of choice


  1. ***VERY FIRST THING: Be sure your banana is peeled, sliced and placed in the freezer for at least 3 hours.***
  2. In a blender, add all ingredients! Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. You may need to stop periodically and push everything down a few times with a spoon.
  4. Top off with cinnamon and enjoy!
