Blueberry Vanilla Oat Power Bites

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup nut butter of choice
1 cup rolled oats, dry
2 large ripe bananas; mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
handful crushed walnuts
parchment paper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Use a spoon or ice cream scooper to form small balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Spread out evenly and bake for 10-12 minutes or until just slightly browned
