Blueberry & Peach Overnight Oats

1 c fresh blueberries
1/4 c chia seeds
1 peach
1 cup dry oats (your preference for steel cut, quick oats, rolled oats, etc)
1/2 c milk of choice (picture features almondmilk)
Handful crushed walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon

You’ll also need: Mason jar(s) w/ lids, large spoon for mixing


  1. In your mason jar, first dump in your oats, then add your milk
  2. Add all other ingredients BESIDES walnuts and use your spoon to mix well together
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight for at least 6 hours
  4. When ready to eat, add crushed walnuts on top and enjoy!
