Boiled Sweet Potato Wedges with Nutmeg

– 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut in large wedges
– 2 tsp nutmeg


In a medium pot, bring water to a boil and add sweet potato wedges. Make sure the skin is all peeled! Boil until sweet potatoes are soft and then drain to cool. Sprinkle with nutmeg. The perfect side dish for any holiday meal!
