Broccoli Cappelini with Butternut Squash Puree/Sauce

– 1/2 package cappelini pasta
– 1 head broccoli, washed and chopped – 1/4 red onion, diced
– 1 tbsp olive oil


Cook cappelini pasta according to package. While pasta is cooking, in a small saucepan, add olive oil, broccoli and onion. Cook until lightly sautéed and then add in with cappelini pasta.
