Butternut Squash Hummus

– 1/4 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
– 1/2 can chicks peas
– 1 small clove garlic
– 1/2 tbsp olive oil


In a small pot, boil the cubed butternut squash until it’s soft. Combine all ingredients together in a blender or food processor and blend until desired thickness for hummus. Enjoy with chopped raw vegetables!
