Butternut Squash Puree/Sauce

– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1/2 butternut squash
– 1 tbsp olive oil


In a medium sized skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and squash together and cook for about 10 minutes or until softened. Add to a blender and blend until smooth. Use as the sauce for the above recipe!
