Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowls

1 cantaloupe; ripe
1 cup unsweetened yogurt of choice (non-dairy or regular)
1 peach; sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
dash cinnamon
handful sunflower seeds
handful crushed walnuts


  1. Slice your cantaloupe lengthwise or “hot-dog” style and scoop out the seeds
  2. Wrap up one half in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to save for another time
  3. In the center of your cantaloupe, scoop in your yogurt first, then add peach slices and handful of fresh blueberries
  4. Top off with sunflower seeds, crushed walnuts, and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
