Whole-Roasted Green Cauliflower “Steaks”

Ingredients

1 large head green cauliflower; washed and sliced into large chunks
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Dash sea salt, black pepper, and paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Slice downward on the head to form 3 or 4 cauliflower “steaks” – place on baking sheet
  3. Bring coconut oil to room temperature so it forms a liquid and drizzle over each “steak”
  4. Add seasonings and place in oven
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until slightly browned
  6. Use as the main dish and enjoy with a side!
