Chickpea Tunafish Salad on Toasted Pita

Ingredients

1 small can tunafish (in water – not oil), drained – 1/2 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinse
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 lime, squeezed
Sea salt and black pepper to taste – Pita bread
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Directions

In a small bowl, combine tuna, yogurt and garbanzo beans. Mix together using a fork and mash up chick peas. Add lime juice and salt and pepper. Lightly toast your pita bread until just warm. Place down lettuce and scoop tuna salad in the center. Add tomato slices and enjoy!
