Cinnamon Vanilla Oatmeal with Sliced Fruit

– 1/2 cup dried oats
– 1 cup almondmilk
– 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
– 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
– handful blueberries, washed
– 2-3 sliced strawberries, washed
– 1 pear, sliced and washed
– handful sunflower seeds and dried cranberries


In a small pot, bring milk to a boil. Add dried oats and stir continuously and bring heat down to a simmer. Stir in vanilla. Cook for about 8 minutes and bring to a bowl. Add cinnamon and top with sliced fruit.
