– 2 cups water or vegetable broth (see recipe for homemade vegetable broth above!)
– Optional seasonings: curry powder, turmeric, paprika
In a medium-sized pot, add water or broth and add rice. Bring to a boil. Once water is at a rolling boil, bring down to a simmer and cover. Allow to simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes or until all rice is cooked all the way through and liquid is virtually gone. Add seasonings if you prefer.
