Quick & Easy Cucumber, Radish and Mashed Chick Pea Sandwich

1 can chick peas; drained and rinsed
1 cucumber
2 radishes
2 pieces whole wheat bread; toasted
dash of sea salt, paprika, black pepper


  1. Toast whole wheat bread and then place onto plate
  2. In a small bowl, pour in chick peas and mash with a fork. Add seasonings
  3. Slice cucumber and radishes into thin slices
  4. Add mashed chick peas to toast, top off with cucumber and radish slices
  5. Enjoy! Great for a quick lunch if you have little time!
