1 can chick peas; drained and rinsed
2 pieces whole wheat bread; toasted
dash of sea salt, paprika, black pepper
- Toast whole wheat bread and then place onto plate
- In a small bowl, pour in chick peas and mash with a fork. Add seasonings
- Slice cucumber and radishes into thin slices
- Add mashed chick peas to toast, top off with cucumber and radish slices
- Enjoy! Great for a quick lunch if you have little time!
