– 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced finely

– paprika, cinnamon, sea salt
I call these “base” potatoes because you can make this in bulk and add it to so many different dishes! Use it as your starch, instead of bread, for one week and see how it goes! Plus, it’s super easy and cheap.
In a small skillet, heat your olive oil over medium heat. and add the diced potatoes. Allow to sizzle over low-medium heat and add seasonings. Mix together and continue to cook until potatoes are soft and tender.
