Hella Green Smoothie

– 2 large kale leaves, chopped
– 1 banana
– handful of spinach leaves, chopped
– 1 cup milk of choice
– 1/4 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 cup yogurt of choice
– 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
– cinnamon


In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on low, and then high, until smooth.
