Mashed Avocado & Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

2 pieces whole wheat; toasted
1 avocado; mashed
1 can chick peas; drained, rinsed & mashed
Handful chopped cilantro
Dash sea salt/black pepper
1 lime

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine mashed avocado and chick peas and mash together using a fork
  2. Toast whole wheat bread
  3. Add lime juice, sea salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to a bowl; mix well together
  4. Scoop mixture in between pieces of toast and enjoy!
