Overnight Oats

Oats (your choice) 1 cup
Milk (your choice) 1/2-3/4 cup
Blueberries, fresh or frozen – handful
Mango – sliced
Pumpkin seeds – handful, raw
1 banana – sliced
Peanut butter – organic, no salt added, 1/4 cup Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon


  1. Mix together in a large mason jar ensuring all oats are covered with milk. Allow to sit at least 6 hours overnight and enjoy in the morning!
  2. Eat right out of the jar or pour into a bowl. Add freshly crushed walnuts as a garnish on top if you’d like an extra crunch!
