Killer Fit CAMP™️  is a revolutionary approach to online group training. For the first time ever we are joining forces. In 6 weeks you will not only work strongly toward your fitness goals but learn proper nutrition, dive into mindset coaching, and experience a team of accountability like no other. Coach Steph Rosales will guide you on the journey and Bree Pear will be there to help you with your mental strength.



Camp Workouts

6 Week Fitness Plan designed to tackle every area of the body and target strength, lean muscle and core. Modifications and challenges for all fitness levels. Mobile-friendly format with video references for every exercise.

Support & Accountability

Sunday Coach Check-ins & Updates. Share your CAMP experience with other members of our Facebook community group. Weekly Strength, Nutrition & Mindset Tips. Members Fitness Web Portal with all CAMP information, easy access to your workouts, weekly program updates, and access to live recordings.

Live Workouts

Weekly zoom fitness classes, coached live by Coach Steph. A total of 10+ personalized classes in 6 weeks. Minimal space and weights needed. Can't make it live? Recordings are always available in our Member's Portal.


1-Week All Natural Detox and 5-week nutrition plan. Choose your program (Balanced, Vegan, or Macros/Calories). Find and share recipes with other CAMP members on our Facebook community group.

6-week Guided Journal

6-week journal and workbook written and desinged by Bree Pear. 1 hour Values Zoom Workshop. 1-hour Wheel of Balance Zoom Workshop. Monday morning motivational texts.

Real Transformations


Killer Fit CAMP provides a dynamic and distinct training program offeringthe best full body and progressive training. Our clients can successfully complete CAMP workouts from home but they must have an equipped home setup or apartment gym. 

A 6-week fitness program coached by Steph Rosales. This challenge is designed to transform beginners and advanced lifters alike. Killer Fit CAMP is completely mobile so it can be offered to anyone, anywhere around the world. The 6 weeks will provide you with a hands-on approach to reach all of your fitness goals. 

Aside from a new and unique 6-week mobile workout program, you will also receive customized nutrition to assist in your personal goals. All participants are given access to our weekly LIVE team workouts (comes with recording in case you cannot attend), weekly check-ins and granted a spot in our Facebook Accountability Group. You will also recieve a physical copy of a 6-week guided journal written by Bree Pear.

Yes. We work on what approach is best for you and your goals (vegan, gluten-free, fasting, macros, lifestyle, etc). 

You must be 18 or older to join.

No. Killer Fit CAMP was made for that very reason. To assist busy lifestyles and provide you with quick and effective workouts to complete at your own time.  

Killer FIT CAMP is for anyone who is ready to begin, re-start, or take their fitness to the next level. This challenge is not made for those with lots of excuses, this challenge is for those who are ready to take action and commit. 

Yes! Coach Steph designs each 6 week program to adjust to different elements of training. All programs incorporate Core, Cardio, Athleticism, Agility, Muscle Building, and Power! Each CAMP is always different.

Yes! We have had clients from ALL OVER the world complete this program!  This is the many perks of ONLINE TRAINING!

So thankful I came across KILLER FIT CAMP when I did, it was perfect timing for me to give it my all and fully commit to something I’ve always wanted. I really loved the camp. It gave me the confidence to go to the gym and feel like I knew what I was doing. I also felt confident enough that I wanted to keep going back. I made it through the camp and met my mental goals for which I am super grateful and ready to continue on my fitness journey. 


All I want to say is THANK YOU! If it wasn’t for your bomb energy and determination for your clients I wouldn’t have believed in myself and been able to accomplish certain goals I had. I came in with no expectations because I know myself and my mentality. (Negative Nancy here) but I also looked in the mirror so much more and continued my affirmations. I have so much more energy and not needing to rely on coffee and energy drinks. I have gotten better about saying no to offers and making time to work out. “I have an appointment".


I have been searching for a way to jumpstart my fitness journey again since 2016. I am AMAZED at my progress in the Killer Fit Camp. I stuck to a routine and have gained great eating habits, which I struggle with the most. Steph is an amazing coach and her support is amazing throughout the camp! I can’t wait to take the next one! 


This is my second time doing this camp, and I don't regret at all doing it. The workout program challenges you, the food plan is so specific which makes it so easy to know what to eat, the accountability and support that the Facebook group provide is so helpful and encouraging. Steph is one of the best coaches, if not the best, with how she challenges you and supports you.
