Peanut and Raisin Granola

– 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
– 1/2 cup raisins
– 1/4 cup golden flaxseeds
– 1/2 cup peanuts
– 1 tbsp ground ginger
– 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and once all ingredients are well-blended together, transfer to the baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes then allow to cool for 10 minutes.
