The perfect workout playlist does not exist.
Some days I walk into the gym and I can listen to an audiobook and other days I throwback with some Genuine and completely jam (dance moves and all—judge).
Though I’ve tried many times, I’ve never been able to blend all of my moods into one playlist, most days I end up hitting the next button in between each set because I’m convinced that there is a song that will actually make the barbell lighter. There is, I swear it.
Until the day there is a music service that can actually guess when I need some hard rock to blast through my headphones, I’ll settle for making playlist after playlist in the hope that one sticks. Here’s one that’s sure to get you pumped up.
