Power-Packed Breakfast Toast

A few slices sourdough bread; toasted – roughly 2 slices for a serving (depends on size)
1 banana
1/4 cup nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, etc)
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Handful sunflower seeds
Dash of cinnamon


  1. Toast your sourdough bread to desired level of crispness
  2. Add nut butter of choice
  3. Top with banana and raspberries, then add sunflower seeds and dash of cinnamon
  4. Enjoy at home with coffee or tea or take with you on the go!
