Each year we reimagine our Stay; Suicide Awareness campaign and unlike our Monthly Cause Campaigns, this one is special because we don’t just focus on it one month a year. For us, mental health has to be focused on 24/7/365.  In 2021/2022 we're talking about how Words Matter. The words we tell ourselves and the ones we speak to others all have an impact on the energy we carry with us and how we feel about ourselves.

The voice in your head saying you’re not good enough is lying to you. Do not let your mind become the bully and do not let that hatred turn outward. say the words you needed to hear when you were a kid. Say them over and over until you believe them, Then go tell someone else because those words might save their life.
