Raw Vegetables with Avocado

Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 tomato, sliced
cauliflower florets, chopped

Directions

  1. Wash and rinse all vegetables before chopping
  2. Chop into large chunks easy for snacking
  3. Enjoy as a mid-afternoon snack or pack them up and take with you on the go!
