Roasted Parsnip Chips

4 parsnips; washed, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch Sea salt, black pepper, and turmeric


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Combine parsnip rounds in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings, mix well together
  3. Add to baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until browned and crispy
