Roasted Vegetable Crudités

– 1 zucchini, sliced into strips
– 1 carrot, sliced into strips
– 1 head of broccoli, chopped
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
– seasonings: sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all sliced vegetables, olive oil and seasonings. Place onto baking sheet and sprinkle nutritional yeast. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until vegetables begin to get a little crisp.
