Roasted Whole Carrots

– 1 bunch of carrots, washed and peeled
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp nutritional yeast
– pinch of sea salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice whole carrots in half long-ways and combine all ingredients together on a baking sheet. Bake carrots for 35 minutes or until just beginning to become light brown and crispy.
