Shipping & Return policies

Shipping Policy


Delivery takes 7–14 business days inside the States when selecting the basic shipping method (USPS). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed ‘til the next business day.

On occasion, we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases, the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue. 

For international orders* please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.

Only Human is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Only Human is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS.

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

If you are not sure of the condition of your item, please note below:

  • We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed.
  • We cannot accept item(s) that are covered in human/animal hair.

Is it faulty? Don’t worry, that’s our fault-y.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support at [email protected] with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, why the return is being made, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Did your order disappear?

If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will be able to take a look at where it might be. In instances of pre-sale items, please wait up to one week after the shipment date to contact us.
