Toasted Tunafish Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

1 small carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 can white tunafish, organic/low sodium; drained
1/4 cup unsweetened, non-flavored greek yogurt, plain
2 pieces whole wheat bread, toasted
dash of sea salt, black pepper and paprika
2 Sprigs of cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine your diced carrot and celery with the tuna and greek yogurt. Using fork, mash and mix everything together
  2. Toast your whole wheat bread and place on a plate
  3. Add your seasonings and cilantro to the bowl and mix again together
  4. Using a spoon, scoop the tunafish salad onto your toast and gently push down together
  5. Slice your sandwich in half or however you like and enjoy!
