Turkey Meatballs

– 1 package lean organic ground turkey – 1/2 red onion, diced small
– 1 clove garlic, smashed and minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
– seasonings: tumeric, paprika, ground ginger


In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients, using your hands. Smash all ingredients together and form into about 1/2 inch thick balls. Place in a medium saucepan with heated olive oil. Place on low-medium heat and allow to cook for about 8 minutes each side. Rotating balls every so often to ensure they are cooking all the way through.
