Very Berry Smoothie

– 1 cup frozen mixed berries
– 1 banana
– 1 cup milk of choice
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 yogurt of choice
– 1 tbsp nut butter of choice


In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on low, and then high, until smooth.
