Warm Autumn Oatmeal with Pepitas and Raisins

– 1/2 cup dry rolled GF oats
– 1 cup milk of choice or water
– 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 banana, sliced
– handful fresh raspberries
– handful crushed walnuts
– handful of pepitas
– handful of raisins


In a small pot, bring water or milk to a boil and then add oats. Reduce heat immediately to a simmer and stir. Once water goes down to a simmer, add vanilla. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until oats are at desired consistency. Add oats to a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Top off with cinnamon. Enjoy!
