Curiosity Saved the Kade
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it saved me. It continues to save me on a daily basis.
I would love to tell you that I have it all figured out and that I am the happiest person in the universe, but I wouldn’t be living authentically if I said that. Making people happy is something I excel at and yet I struggle to create the same happiness in myself some days. There are weeks I feel on top of the world and I have energy for life, but other days I can’t shake the overwhelming feeling that I should “check out early”.
That is where the curiosity comes in. When the fog fills my mind and I am reaching for some shred of hope I find curiosity. What opportunities are waiting for me? What will I become? What kind of impact will I make in the world? What’s going to happen tomorrow? So many “what if’s” and “could be’s”, how could I stop now?
I can’t and I won’t. You shouldn’t either. There are so many tomorrow’s waiting for us. Breathe. Make it through today and try again. Not everyday will be a good one, but if you show up and try you will live to see all the tomorrow’s.
Get curious about your life.
