988: The Mental Health Emergency Line
Starting on July 16th of 2022, '988' will be the new mental health emergency line number that will be routed to The National Suicide Prevention Hotline where trained counselors and responders will be available during mental health crises.

The eight sections in the Wheel of Balance represent different aspects of your life. Seeing the center of the wheel as 1 and the outer edges as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by shading in the appropriate area. The new perimeter represents the wheel of your life.
