What do the words "only human" mean to you?

Only human means two things to me: come as you are and there is only one race, human. Being yourself sounds easy but is sometimes a long road for many of us. It is the most important road though to follow. I love that this brand supports charity and humans all over the world!

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about helping others, being kind, and living life to the fullest. I love meeting new people and feeling connected by our similarities and differences. Travel is another passion of mine.

What makes you the happiest?

I am the happiest with my family and friends. I love traveling especially to the ocean, mountains, and other countries. Taking in the sights and the history can be peaceful and invigorating all at once.

In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

I am learning to not sweat the things I cannot control. That’s big for me because I have anxiety recently diagnosed but has been a problem for years. Also, patience, kindness, and listening. Also, I took up exercise for the first time in my life three years ago. It has given my body and mind an upgrade. I love les mills!

How do you keep yourself positively inspired during overwhelming times?

When I’m overwhelmed I exercise , see friends and family, and spend time outside, relaxing. Basically just trying to do something I enjoy every day if possible.

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be? Why?

I would like to spend the day with Rachael Newsham. I don’t want to be her but just see how her life is. She is so inspirational to many people around the world and I think she would be fun to hang with for a day.

What book (or books) have greatly influenced your life?

Not a huge book reader I’m afraid. I used to read a lot in high school but I went to 10 years of post graduate school for three degrees and I’m afraid I’m sick of reading still haha.
