Shipping

No, they are not. Countries charge a customs or duty fee on a case-by-case basis and we have no control over when or how much they will charge humans. Unfortunately, without a way of knowing, we are unable to include any of these costs in the order total from our end.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to make certain changes or cancel it before it goes out. Please email support@onlyhumanco.com as soon as possible so that we can do our best to make changes in time.

It’s important to note that due to customer protections, we are unable to *add* items to an order for you!

Yes! Any domestic order with a subtotal of $70 or more qualifies for free shipping.

From time to time we also will run special promotions that include free shipping, so be sure you’re signed up for our emails and/or follow us on social to catch those.

Yes! We are able to ship orders to anywhere in the world using a mix of USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

We have three flat-rate domestic shipping options, based off of how speedily you'd like your order delivered once it has been fulfilled. We’re also grateful to be able to extend free shipping on all domestic orders over $70.

Domestic shipping rates:

- For standard, basic USPS delivery (8-10 business days once fulfilled) - $7.99

- For priority USPS delivery (3-5 business days once fulfilled) - $8.99

- For FedEx delivery (2 business days once fulfilled) - $16.99

International shipping rates:

- Calculated based off of the weight of the package and location of delivery.

Please note, as we continue to grow,  we hope to have the opportunity to take on more of the shipping expense on behalf of our customers.

We typically fulfill orders and hand them to mail carriers within 2-3 business days. 

- Domestic orders will depend on the shipping option that you choose at check out 

- International orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.

Our standard delivery times may experience delays due to COVID and do not apply to pre-order items. During high volume periods and/or holidays, delivery times may vary.

It is important to note that some of our items are drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. These items will not arrive with the rest of your order, but you should still receive confirmation and tracking information when they are on the way. These items include, but are not limited to, posters, phone cases, and mugs. They are also marked as drop-ship items in their descriptions.

In any instance where a package is returned to us due to being deemed undeliverable by the carrier (ie: insufficient address, unable to forward, address unknown, etc.) we will reach out to you directly to see if we can figure out the issue together.

In order to reship the package to an updated or new address, we ask that you cover reshipping. Once that is taken care of, we turn the package around and resend it your way!

If you choose not to have us resend the package, we can offer a refund for the items in the order. However, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

The best thing to do in this scenario is to use the tracking number to contact the mail carrier service directly. They should be able to provide more concrete information about where and when your package was delivered or open up a trace to help locate it if the package is lost.

It’s important to note that all mail carrier service providers have been experiencing delays due to COVID. There have been several instances when a package reads as delivered, but does not actually arrive until a day or two later. We still recommend reaching out to your local carrier for assistance, but also understand that they are doing the best they can.

If the mail carrier is unable to locate your package, you can reach out to us at support@onlyhumanco.com with the understanding that once we hand the package off to the mail carrier, we can only see the same that you do from the tracking number and are unable to provide any more information than that!

As soon as your order is fulfilled and picked up from our warehouse, you will receive a notification via the email you provided which includes the tracking number. *Please note that these emails can sometimes end up in your junk/spam folder, so be sure to check there or add orders@onlyhumanco.com to your contact list to avoid this!

Smaller ticket items, accessories, and orders containing only stickers, may ship out in a standard USPS envelope and do not have tracking. Keep an eye on your mailbox for the envelope to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to offer no hassle returns or exchanges on items returned in original condition within 45 days of receipt. Original condition means that your item is unwashed and unworn. We also cannot accept any items covered in human and/or animal hair.

Please note that we have several *nonrefundable* items as marked in the product descriptions. These include, but are not limited to, mystery items, posters, mugs, water bottles, and/or face masks.

Yes! Have your order number handy and head here to get started. Once you go through the returns process, you'll see the option to choose *store credit* as your refund.

Yes! Afterpay returns or exchanges follow our standard return or exchange process through our Returns Center. Once the return is processed, Afterpay will automatically cancel any payments left on your payment schedule so that the shopper is no longer charged for the order. For any payments you have already made, Afterpay will process a refund back to your card.

Please note, refunds for Afterpay will first be refunded from Only Human to Afterpay, and then to you, so it may take slightly longer than usual to process. We cannot provide a cash refund for purchases made with Afterpay.

Yes! Any item(s) returned that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card. We cannot offer cash refunds for purchases made with a gift card.

Yes, we offer free returns and/or exchanges on all domestic orders. You can head to our Returns and Exchanges Center to get started. All you need is your order number (starting with OH-----) and shipping zip code to get that rolling.

**If you live outside of the United States, we are unfortunately unable to provide free returns or exchanges at this time. To return an item internationally, please go ahead and drop the item(s) back in the mail to us. As soon as we receive it/them, we will issue a refund for you.

Once your return package arrives back to the warehouse and is processed by our fulfillment team, your refund will be initiated. You’ll receive a notification email when this happens, and it typically takes up to five (5) business days to process through the bank.
