What do the words "only human" mean to you?

It means the rights to have, feel and share all of your emotions with no regrets or fear of shame.

What are you passionate about?

Helping others to see and believe they are worthy of love, happiness, acceptance and all the beautiful things they deserve and the value they bring into life.

What makes you the happiest?

Seeing people’s smiles after doing something that made them feel better and happier. The sense of gratitude that comes with it is priceless and it fills my mind and heart with purpose.

In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

Things will always get better, no matter how hard, dark, and hopeless things can get. Like every sunset goes into dark there will always be a sunrise to bring back the light.

How do you keep yourself positively inspired during overwhelming times?

I spend time in nature as much as I can.

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be? Why?

Both of my grandmothers because of their kindness and generosity they always have with others.

What book (or books) have greatly influenced your life?

Furiously Happy: A Funny Book About Horrible Things by Jenny Lawson. Even though contains a lot of dark humor jokes, it also makes you realize that there is always a bright side for every situation, especially when dealing with mental health.

I believe that if we give love and kindness to the world, it will create a better place for others and it will always come back to you.

What would be your advice to a human who just graduated from high school and was about to enter the "real world"?

To be yourself regardless of what others say. There’s nothing more valuable than to be proud of you for who you are.
