Same Life --> Different Perspective

I am a 30 year old hairstylist who has been in the beauty industry since the age of 17.

I began as a passionate beauty school student while working at my first salon as an assistant, and then spent 7 years growing my client list and evolving as a stylist before opening my own salon “Lashes & Curls Studio” in July of 2018 in Key Largo, Florida.

I am a salon owner, hairstylist & educator for other stylists!

I discovered my niche with color in 2017 when I began specializing in balayage and used that as a fuel for my career and growth until April 28th, 2019, the day of my accident.

Falling 2 stories down and landing to a broken back, left me paralyzed from the waist down.

After 5 months of rest and recovery, I finally made my way back into the salon to pick up where I left off. Focusing on balayage, team leadership and most recently, education again.

Positivity, support from my partner & kids, my love for my career and a ton of drive is what has helped fuel my quick recovery, returning back to my new normal, and continue doing what I love doing.
