What do the words "only human" mean to you?

To me it Only Human means we are created equal. We all go through things and come out stronger.  We support everyone, everyone has their own story and unless you have walked in their shoes you cannot judge.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about life, about social justice, about helping others.  Whether it be getting a meal for someone in need, helping someone to be happy with who they are or just hanging out as a listening ear.

What makes you the happiest?

My dogs and family make me the happiest!  I got married almost 2 years ago and could not have chosen a better person to spend my life with.

In the last five years, what new belief, behavior, or habit has most improved your life?

My awareness in social injustice has been the number one thing in my life that has improved.  I have been awakened to my ignorance and am working to fix it.

How do you keep yourself positively inspired during overwhelming times?

To help me get through overwhelming times I just remember I will get through it, that I am not the only one and there is a support system so that I don’t have to go through it alone.

If you could spend a day in someone else’s shoes, whose would they be? Why?

If I could spend the day in someone else’s shoes it would be someone less fortunate than I am.  I would want to see what it is really like to be put in a different position and see what is really needed so that I could maybe better help them.

What book (or books) have greatly influenced your life?

At this moment the most influential books to me are Untamed by Glennon Doyle and White Fragility.

What would be your advice to a human who just graduated from high school and was about to enter the "real world"?

Listen and learn!  You always wished to finish school but you never prepared for what is to come.
